NILO Limited is a pioneering 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to empowering college athletes through complete Name, Image and Likeness education, mentorship and business development.
Our mission
We add ownership to NIL.
An athlete's value has never been limited to what happens between the lines. NIL made that value visible — and then handed young people a business they were never trained to run.
NILO exists to close that gap. Our primary initiative, Project NILO, gives student-athletes and their families the tools and knowledge to navigate NIL with confidence, and the business foundation to keep building once eligibility ends.
Based in Phoenix, Arizona, we work with athletes, families, campuses and corporate partners nationwide.

Inclusivity first
Project NILO is designed for all college athletes — regardless of gender, sport, sexual preference, or physical and mental ability.
Education over hype
We teach the business behind NIL, not the highlight reel. Contracts, taxes, brand equity, ownership.
People, not programs
Our educators and mentors are experts on and off the field, and they work with athletes personally.
Long horizon
We measure success in what an athlete still owns five years after their last game.
